Here is my tour diary ... as its nearing the end thought I would sum the whole tour up in one chunk rather than the day to day approach Dave has taken....

Arrive America Oct 13..... Rehearsals...... burgers..... rehearsals..... burgers...... rehearsal...... coffee/burgers.....  rehearsal..... coffee/burgers vegetable smoothies........ rehearsals..... f*rting...... f*rting....... more vegetable smoothies (but only for dave) tequila.... beer.... more f*rting (but only from Dave)... we are ready to hit the road.

And they're off..........

We all frantically start to save our PD's [Ed. note - per diems] so we can buy tour swag. Apart from Dave who hits the vegetable smoothie diet with the aim of replacing his internal organs with nothing but liquidised broccoli, no expense is spared here....

Seattle and our first gig, here we come. I have still yet to commit Tarkus to memory but at least I can breath in.

Keith guides us thru our first gig safely as luckily no one lights a match at any point during the show.

Dave's phone bill exceeds Argentina's national trade deficit

We have arrived back in LA where the whole thing started..... older(me).... wiser(Keith).... poorer(Pete).... lighter(Dave).

Collectively, we have gained 1 "Toastmaster 400 auto shut off toaster with girth inhibitor" for the bus, a few dodgy DVDs, a lot of Ice, and the vague smell of vegetables.

I have bonded with my sheet music.

Pete has spent more than he earned.

Keith did some hoovering.

Dave discovered Vegetable smoothies.

We are Family.
